I have put together my Supernova blocks.
I wanted to do the centre as a Scrappy type Block with the arms being the same colour as the blocks they intersected with. The centre block is a slate blue which will be my corresponding colour in the borders, My idea being that it started the slate blue and will end the slate blue.
What do you think?

I think it looks great. I would leave it. using blue in the border, what colors for the in between piece?the colors of the center of block? so it extends? that would look really nice.

I think you should do what YOU like on your supernova quilt, but just because you asked, I think its very interesting this way - I like it!
I like the supernova blocks. Are you going to put sashing between the blocks and the blue border?
